VENTURA, CA
-- Responding to the increasing demand for child care services in the area
surrounding the Ventura County government center in Ventura, CA, the local franchisee for
Tutor Time has opened a state-of-the-art facility across from the county seat, announces
Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.
Joe Lopez, a retail real
estate specialist for Westlake Village, CA-based Westcord, reports that the Tutor Time
franchisee recently opened the free-standing facility at 7880 Telegraph Rd. with an
enrollment of nearly 200 children.
Lopez and Ted Roberts of
Westcord represented both the Tutor Time franchisee and Raznick & Sons of Woodland
Hills, the property owner. Consideration for the 25-year lease exceeds $2 million.
"There are over 3000 people working at the Ventura county government center.
Many are mothers who collectively have a tremendous need for day care services in a safe
environment. The new Tutor Time facility is cutting edge, featuring a colorful and
fully equipped playground, and a complete modern kitchen," said Lopez.
Lopez said this is the
second Tutor Time facility operated by local franchisees in the City of Ventura. Tutor
Time franchisees operate approximately 250 child care centers nationwide.
Westcord is one of the Los
Angeles area's top 25 commercial real estate companies with offices in Westlake Village,
CA, and Van Nuys, CA. |
