CHATSWORTH, CA -- Coverall, Inc., a flooring service company,
has acquired a 14,900 sq. ft. industrial facility in Chatsworth, CA for $1.1. million to
serve as its headquarters, service center and warehouse, announces Westcord Commercial
Real Estate Services. David Cristofar of Van Nuys-based Westcord reports that Coverall,
Inc. purchased a building at 8964 Oso St. Cristofar represented Coverall, Inc.
Bennett Robinson of CB Richard Ellis represented Dooling Trust, the seller.
According to Gadi
Leshem, president and CEO of Coverall, Inc., his company has scheduled a Jan. 1, 2000
occupancy of its new headquarters. He said in excess of 50 people will be employed
at the site. The company is currently based in Van Nuys.
Established in 1992,
Coverall, Inc. is a privately-held company that provides flooring services to the
residential and commercial markets. The company has 16 service center/warehouse
facilities in six states, and a total of approximately 500 employees companywide.
