OXNARD, CA - City Buffet, a growing chain of Chinese buffet restaurants, will open its fourth area establishment this month (November) following the earlier signing by area principals of a long-term lease for a former Marie Callenderšs restaurant property in the heart of Oxnard, CA, announces Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.
Joe Lopez, a retail and industrial specialist for Westlake Village, CA-based Westcord, reports that City Buffet signed a 10-year lease for the freestanding, 8828 sq. ft. site just off Highway 101 at 1600 Ives Ave., Oxnard.
Lopez represented both Li Lan Qiu and Andy Qiu, the owners of the City Buffet restaurant, and Halama, LLC, the property owner. The 10-year lease is valued at $2.4 million.
