WESTLAKE
VILLAGE, CA -- Westlake Office Plaza, a fully-occupied, 10,000 sq. ft. office
building strategically located in the midst of Westlake Village, CA's emerging town
center, has been acquired by local investors for $2.2 million, announces Westcord
Commercial Real Estate Services of Westlake Village.
Officials of Westcord
report that Anthony Andreoli purchased the two-story office building at 2835 Townsgate Rd.
from Westlake Office Plaza, the seller. Westcord represented both buyer and seller.
According to Westcord, the transaction underscores the "tremendous pent-up demand for
office property investment in the central Westlake Village area anchored by the Hyatt
Hotel".
