CAMARILLO, CA --
In what is reportedly one of the only automotive/retail property sales in Ventura County
in recent memory, a Westside Los Angeles investor has acquired a fully occupied, 21,000
sq. ft. center in Camarillo for $3 million, announces Westcord Commercial Real Estate
Services
Joe Lopez, an
automotive/retail specialist for Westlake Village, CA-based Westcord, reports that the
Klein Family Trust of Brentwood, CA acquired strategically located property at 1955 E.
Daily Dr., Camarillo, at the Carmen Dr. exit. He said the 1.75 acre site is in close
proximity to the popular Camarillo Outlet Mall, and is adjacent to Camarillo Plaza and
such dining attractions as Tony Roma's.
Lopez represented both the
buyers and Yadegar Family Trust of Beverly Hills, the sellers. Built in 1990, the concrete
block center's tenants include AT&T, Camarillo Independent (Japanese car specialists),
and Transcare Transmissions. Lopez negotiated all three leases. "I can't
remember when an automotive center of this caliber was last sold in Ventura County.
The properties are rarely on the market," Lopez said.
Westcord is one of the Los
Angeles area's top 25 commercial real estate companies with offices in Westlake Village,
CA, and Van Nuys, CA. |
