SANTA CLARITA, CA --
A new Texaco Express Lube "Super Center" will be built within Raznick &
Sons' "Trolley Square" retail complex in Santa Clarita, CA, announces Westcord
Commercial Real Estate Services. Joe Lopez, a retail and automotive specialist in the
Westlake Village, CA office of Westcord, said Bill Haugh, the franchisee for Texaco
Express Lube "Super Center", has signed a 20-year lease for a 2000 sq. ft.
building to be erected at 27000 Sierra Highway, Santa Clarita. Haugh is a former
"Operator of the Year" for Texaco, Lopez said.
Lopez and Ted Roberts of
Westcord represented both the lessee and Double High Financial LLC, the landlord. Lease
consideration was $1.4 million.
Construction is scheduled
to begin on the new Texaco Express Lube "Super Center" during the first quarter
of 2003, with a May, 2003 completion expected. The Texaco Express Lube "Super
Center" is an upgraded version of these facilities featuring extra wide doors and
four auto bays.
