THOUSAND OAKS, CA - - Paula Weiser, owner of Weiser Litho, an award
winning advertising/design and printing company with an 18-year history
in Conejo Valley, has paid $2.3 million for a two-story 13,000 sq. ft.
office building in Thousand Oaks, CA that will double the company抯
capacity and accommodate additional state-of- the-art equipment,
announces Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.
Tony Principe, executive vice president of Westlake Village,
CA-based Westcord, reports that Weiser Litho schedules a November
occupancy of the building featuring key 101 Freeway exposure at 3592
Willow Lane, Thousand Oaks. Approximately 20 people will be employed at
the site following extensive tenant improvements. Weiser Litho will
relocate from La Baya Dr. in Westlake Village.
Principe represented Weiser in the transaction.
Commenting on her company抯 expansion, Weiser said: 揂cquiring our
own facility, particularly one with tremendous freeway visibility,
assures our continued growth and service to our customers. We simply
could not pass up the opportunity to have our own signature facility,?
said Weiser.
Weiser Litho, which was established in Westlake Village in 1987
with a staff of two, occupies a unique niche in its industry, according
to Weiser, combining full design agency and printing services under one
roof. She noted that the company has five artists, plus copywriters
in-house. Weiser added that the company抯 new building will feature two
pieces of new equipment and incorporate a full-service photography
studio.
Recently, Weiser Litho won the coveted 揚eople抯 Choice?award at a
Printing Industry Association of Southern California trade show, taking
home more awards than any other company, Weiser said.
The company is widely known for its creation of the 揢nited We
Stand?poster in the aftermath of 9/11.
