THOUSAND
OAKS, CA -- A 50,373 sq. ft., "office flex" facility along the
"Conejo Valley Technology Corridor" in Thousand Oaks, CA has been subleased by
Intel Corporation to Agfa Corporation for its Western regional headquarters, announces
Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.
Tony Principe, executive
vice president of Westlake Village-based Westcord, reports that Agfa, which relocates from
across the street, schedules an Oct. 1 occupancy of the building located in the Anchor
Court Business Center at 2000 Anchor Court. Approximately 70 people will be
employed at the site.
Principe, in cooperation
with Cornish and Carey of Santa Clara, CA, represented Intel in the four-year lease valued
at $1.8 million. Tom Specker and Robert Harris of Charles Dunn Company's Woodland
Hills office represented Agfa.
Agfa ranks among the
world's foremost imaging companies. The new facility for Agfa is a concrete tilt-up
structure featuring a large bullpen, private offices, conference room and
warehouse/shipping area. The building provides generous 3.2 per 1000 parking.
Intel is also the sublessor
of a new 200,000 sq. ft. building in the 100-acre Conejo Spectrum business park in
Thousand Oaks, which is currently being marketed for sublease by Westcord's Principe.
