NEWBURY PARK, CA -- Brisk business at its recently opened store in
nearby Agoura Hills, CA has sparked Reed's Furniture to lease an additional 30,000 sq. ft.
of warehouse space in Newbury Park, CA that triples it's storage capacity, announces
Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.
Merv Einbund of Van Nuys,
CA-based Westcord reports that Reed's plans a September occupancy of its new warehouse
located at 2651 Lavery Court. Einbund represented Reed's in the three-year lease valued at
$550,000. Eric Behike of NAI Capital Commercial represented CF Investments, the property
owner.
The new Reed's warehouse is
a free-standing building featuring dock high loading, 22 feet interior clearance, and
ample parking. Early this summer Reed's opened a new 61,000 retail store adjacent to
Interstate 101 on the north side of Canwood Pl. between Kanan Rd. and Chesebro Rd.
Approximately 10,000 sq. ft. of that facility is devoted to warehouse.
Westcord's Einbund represented Reed's in that transaction as well.
