HILLS, CA -- Bremer & Whyte, LLP, a law firm specializing in the defense of
insurance companies and their insureds, has opened its first San Fernando Valley office
after leasing 6933 sq. ft. of space in the master planned LNR Warner Center complex in
Woodland Hills, announces Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.
Tony Principe, executive
vice president of Westlake Village, CA-based Westcord, reports that Bremer & Whyte
occupied space in a five-story Class A office building at 21271 Burbank Blvd. during
August. Principe represented Bremer & Whyte LLP. Terms of the lease were not
disclosed.
Headquartered in Newport
Beach, CA, Bremer & Whyte established its Warner Center office to more effectively
represent its clients in Los Angeles, Ventura, Santa Barbara and Kern Counties, according
to John O'Meara, managing partner in the new office.
O'Meara said approximately
15 people are employed in Bremer & Whyte's Warner Center office, its third
overall. The firm has a total of 80 employees.
LNR Warner Center is the
newest planned Class A office environment in San Fernando Valley. The project
consists of eight office buildings totaling over one million sq. ft., a hotel, workout
facility, several restaurants and a day care center.
