SUNLAND, CA
-- Sunland Auto Center, a
fully occupied 16,973 square foot, multi-tenant automotive strip center in Sunland, CA,
has been acquired by a Malibu, CA investor for $1.2 million, announces Westcord Commercial
Real Estate Services.
Joe Lopez, president of Van
Nuys, CA-based Westcord, reports that Bill Fox purchased the center strategically located
on nearly one acre of land at 9007 Sunland Blvd. Lopez and Patti Kutschko of Westcord
represented both the buyer and Sun Pen Investments of Sunland, the seller.
Built in 1990, Sunland Auto
Center in anchored by a drive-through Jiffy Lube facility and is in "excellent
condition as a result of the previous owner's hands-on management," Lopez said.
He added that the center enjoys easy access to Interstates 5, 170 and 118, and is
situated at a highly traveled Sunland intersection.
