VAN NUYS, CA -- Iron Knob, a manufacturer of ornamental iron
works for residential and commercial applications, has acquired a 10,500 sq. ft. former
automotive facility in Van Nuys, CA for relocation and expansion from Canoga Park,
announces Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.

Nuys-based Westcord reports that Iron Knobschedules an October occupancy of its new high
visibility facility located on just under a half acre of land at 16901 Roscoe Blvd.,
following tenant improvements. Approximately 20 people will be employed at the site.
Einbund represented Iron Knob in the transaction.
Ted Roberts of Westcord
represented Rosco Enterprise of Van Nuys, the seller. Consideration was not disclosed.
Iron Knob, which will increase its plant capacity five-fold with the move, manufactures
such products as gates, fences, railings, security bars, and spirals. Its new masonry
building features three offices, showroom, six ground level doors, and on-site parking for
18 cars.
