AGOURA HILLS, CA - - WA new, fully-occupied Class A office
building with extensive Interstate 101 visibility within the "technology
corridor" in Agoura Hills, CA has been acquired by Pacifica Real Estate Group of
Santa Barbara, CA for $12.7 million, transaction officials announce.
Tony Principe, executive
vice president of Westlake Village, CA-based Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services,
reports that Pacifica Real Estate Group acquired the distinctive earth-toned two-story,
65,823 sq. ft. office building situated on 3.5 acres at 30301 Agoura Rd., immediately
south of Interstate 101.

DAUM represented Katell Investment Company LLC, the developer and seller of the property.
