Oxnard, CA - A Ventura County family trust has paid $11.1 million to acquire a fully occupied 125,568 sq. ft.industrial facility on 7.1 acres of land within MacInnes Ranch in Oxnard, CA as an investment, announces Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.
Tony Principe, president of Westlake Village, CA-based Westcord, reports that the Lyle Family Trust purchased the property located at 700 Del Norte St., Oxnard. Principe represented Del Norte LLC, the seller.
The highly-improved building, erected in 1990, is occupied by Berner Food Services, a leading restaurant supply company formerly known as Cardinal Food Supply. Principe originally negotiated a long-term lease with Cardinal in behalf of Del Norte LLC.
A concrete tilt-up structure, the Oxnard building features 10,000 sq. ft. of office space, 24-feet of minimum interior clearance, and is fully sprinklered.
