WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA - A cutting edge restaurant/entertainment firm that brought Conejo Valley the hip and highly successful “P6” and “Chapter 8” dining and night spots plans an equally contemporary Japanese grill and sushi bar after inking a 25-year lease for the former Cisco’s restaurant in Westlake Village, announces Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.
Tony Principe, president of Westlake Village-based Westcord, reports that Suki 7 LP has leased the 8000 sq. ft. restaurant, plus a 1500 sq. ft. outdoor patio area located at 925 Westlake Blvd. and will transform the site into “Suki 7”. The long term lease is valued

He announced that demolition of the former Cisco’s, was recently initiated and that “Suki 7” is scheduled to open in March 2007.
“We seek to achieve a unique dining experience by providing the hot glamour of Hollywood and Las Vegas, coupled with late night dancing and entertainment with fabulous cuisine. Suki 7 will reflect ambience similar to our earlier successes with a unique eclectic motif. Conejo Valley has embraced our restaurants, and guests regularly journey from the San Fernando Valley, Hollywood and the Westside to enjoy them,” said Finerock. He noted that the new restaurant is strategically located at the geographical center of Conejo Valley.
Finerock said “Suki 7” will feature a classic design reflecting the local architecture, with a modern twist. Davis Krumins of Costa Mesa and Grady Cooley of New York City are the architects.
