WEST LOS
ANGELES, CA -- Century Business Services, Inc. (CBIZ), the nation's 7th largest
accounting firm, providing diversified services primarily to small and medium-sized
businesses, announces the expansion of its Southern California regional offices with the
leasing of an additional 4850 sq. ft. of space in the World Savings Center in West Los
Angeles.
Patti Kutschko of Van Nuys,
CA-based Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services, reports that CBIZ has leased space
formerly serving as the headquarters for PureBeauty at 11601 Wilshire Blvd. The move
increases CBIZ's presence in the World Savings Center to over 25,000 sq. ft. Kutschko
represented both CBIZ and PureBeauty in the transaction. Terms of the lease
were not disclosed.
CBIZ employs approximately
125 people at the site, which was occupied during June. Kutschko previously
relocated PureBeauty to its new headquarters in Encino, CA.
