Thousand Oaks, CA - A new 30,000 sq. ft. industrial building originally built for Merex within the master planned Conejo Spectrum business park in Thousand Oaks, CA has been sold by Merex to principals of Sideshow Collectibles which will relocate the company from nearby Westlake Village, CA for more than a twofold expansion.
Conejo Spectrum LLC acquired the building at 2630 Conejo Spectrum Dr. Sideshow Collectibles plans to occupy the building during the fourth quarter following extensive improvements to what is currently a shell structure. Approximately 50 people will be employed at the site. Purchase price was not disclosed.
Tony Principe, president of Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services of Westlake Village, represented Merex in the sale. John DeGrinis, a principal in the San Fernando Valley office of Colliers Seeley, represented the buyers.

The new headquarters for Sideshow Collectibles is an architecturally enhanced concrete tilt-up building within the 100-acre Conejo Spectrum business park.
