WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA - - Westcord Commercial Real Estate
Services of Westlake Village, CA announces the completion of two office leases at
Corsa Business Center in Westlake Village with an aggregate value of $1.5 million.
Tony Principe, executive
vice president of Westcord, reports that residential lender Five-O Consulting has leased
6000 sq. ft. of space in the three-story 40,000 sq. ft. office building located 5716 Corsa
Ave., Westlake Village.
Principe represented Wild
Rose LLC, the building owners, and Five-O in the five year transaction.
Consideration was approximately $1 million.
Concurrently, Principe
announced that commercial lender Chris Farra has leased 3450 sq. ft. of space at Corsa
Business Center for a five-year term. Lease consideration was $500,000.
Principe represented both parties.
Corsa Business Center is a
Class A office building comprising approximately 40,000 sq. ft. of space, and features
dramatic views from an elevated location along the "Conejo Valley Technology
Corridor". The building is situated in close proximity to the Hyatt Westlake
Plaza Hotel, the Westlake Inn, and numerous restaurants, shopping, and
entertainment-related facilities. Building occupancy is at 65 percent, Principe
said.
