THOUSAND OAKS, CA -- Village Medical Building, reportedly the first medical
building erected in Thousand Oaks, CA has been sold to a San Fernando Valley investor for
$2.1 million, announces Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.Michael Toth acquired the fully leased three-story
15,000 sq. ft. structure located at 166 N. Moorpark, Thousand Oaks. The seller was a
Los Angeles physician.

Principe of Westlake Village, CA-based Westcord represented both buyer and seller.
Swanson, who was responsible for leasing the 1960s vintage building to capacity, said the
new owner is currently in the process of remodeling the concrete block structure.
"This transaction reflects what is an ongoing robust commercial property sale market
in Conejo Valley," said Swanson.
