NEWBURY PARK, CA --
The principal of a Thousand Oaks, CA chiropractic firm known as "Total
Health" has acquired a 2300 sq. ft. medical facility in Newbury Park, CA to expand
his area practice, announces Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services.
Tony Principe, executive
vice president of Westlake Village-based Westcord, reports that Dr. Doug Markham purchased
the single-story, masonry block building located at 1240 Newbury Rd., Newbury
Park. An Aug. 1 occupancy is scheduled. The "Total Health"
weight loss, wellness and chiropractic center is currently located in Thousand Oaks, CA at
the Los Robles Regional Medical Center campus.
Principe represented both
the buyer and Newbury Park Veternarian Clinic, the seller. Purchase price was not
disclosed. "Total Health", according to Markham, is based on the principle that
optimum health and wellness is achieved by combining chiropractic, physical activity,
nutrition, weight control, intellectual and spiritual growth.
Markham is also the author of "Total Health Beyond the Zone" and the founder of www.totalhealthdoc.com.
