BUENA PARK,
CA -- City Furniture, a merchandiser of home furnishings, has leased 14,500 sq.
ft. of high visibility retail space formerly occupied by Carquest in Buena Park, CA for
expansion within a larger shopping center, reports Westcord Commercial Real Estate
Services of Van Nuys, CA.
Patti Kutschko of Westcord
reports that City Furniture will soon occupy its new space at 5895 Lincoln Ave. Buena
Park, at the strategic intersection of Valley View Ave. City Furniture expands to
29,000 sq. ft. within the center.
Kutschko, Joe Lopez and
Jill Lopez of Westcord represented both City Furniture and Carquest in the five year
lease. Consideration was not disclosed.
Joe Lopez noted that
Westcord was retained by Carquest to dispose of the Buena Park property, along with two
others in Canoga Park and Pasadena.
