WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA - Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services announces that ISWest has leased 16,000 sq. ft. of a 31,000 sq. ft. office building now under construction at 30077 Agoura Court in Agoura Hills, CA to build a new state-of-the-art-data center, representing 55 percent of the project’s space.
ISWest, Southern California’s “premiere Internet provider” based in Agoura Hills, has pre-leased the entire first floor of phase two in the two-story $7.5 million Village Corporate Center for its headquarters and expansion concurrent with the project’s start of construction, Westcord reports.
Village Corporate Center is scheduled for completion during the fourth quarter of 2006.
Tony Principe, president of Westcord, represented both ISWest and TR Funding, the developers of Village Corporate Center. Consideration for the 10-year lease was not disclosed. Cory Richmond and Marc Riches of Westcord are exclusive agents for the new project.

Village Corporate Center is part of a two-building office setting that also includes a 78,000 sq. ft. office structure which is 85 percent leased, with 11,798 sq. ft. available. Freeway signage is also available.

Architecture, the new Village Corporate Center building is a 101 Freeway visible, class A steel frame structure with striking window lines providing extensive views and defining tile roof elements. ISWest will enjoy prominent building signage. Ample free on-site parking will be provided.
HMH Construction is general contractor for the building, which provides a strategic location with immediate freeway access via Reyes Adobe and Kanan Rd. Space is available from 5000 to 15,000 sq. ft.
