NORTH HOLLYWOOD, CA -- Citing ongoing pent-up demand for building space
on the part of modestly-sized but growing businesses in East San Fernando Valley, Westcord
Commercial Real Estate Services announces three industrial transactions ranging from 1580
to 5160 sq. ft.
Jack Mikail of Van Nuys, CA-based
Westcord reports that G. T. Cabinets has leased the largest of the three facilities, 5160
sq. ft. of space at 20918 Burbank Blvd., North Hollywood. Mikail represented G. T.
Cabinets; Greg Barsamian of Grubb & Ellis represented CLT Properties, LLC, the
landlord.
Mikail also reported that J. Miller Co. has
leased 3300 sq. ft. at 7550 San Fernando Rd., Sun Valley. Mikail represented both
the lessee and Claes Inter Vivos Trust, the landlord.
In the third transaction, Mikail
represented both R& G Development Corp. in its lease of 1580 sq. ft. at 11927 Sherman
Rd., North Hollywood, and Warren and Ann Kashuk, the property owners.
