WESTLAKE VILLAGE, CA - - Stating that Westcord Commercial Real Estate Services "provides a special opportunity for career growth in my own community", veteran corporate and real estate sales specialist Lloyd Wertheimer has joined the Westlake Village, CA-based real estate firm as an office broker.
Wertheimer comes to Westcord from a Ventura County commercial real estate company in Camarillo where he handled office and industrial properties in the Conejo Valley for two years. Among his outstanding transactions was locating a new 11,700 sq. ft. headquarters for Flow Security Systems in Camarillo, CA.
Earlier, Wertheimer spent 15 years in sales and marketing in Camarillo with W. W. Grainger, a publicly-held business-to-business industrial supplies company.

Active in community affairs, Wertheimer has coached youth sports in Conejo Valley since 1978. He resides in Westlake Village and has three children, Jennifer, 26, Michael, 23, and Stephen, 14.
