lease transactions at Westlake Corporate Centre in Westlake Village, CA.
Westlake Corporate Centre
is a two-building 85,000 sq. ft. office complex located at 2659 Townsgate Rd. and 875
Westlake Blvd. The project is owned by The Johnston Group of Calabasas, CA.
Tony Principe, executive
vice president of Westlake Village-based Westcord, and Alisa Barbarino of Westcord,
exclusive marketing agents for Westlake Corporate Centre, report that the largest of the
transactions was a five-year lease signed by Cain Technologies for 1897 sq. ft. at 2659
Townsgate Rd. Cain Technologies is an electronics firm relocating from the San Fernando
Valley.
Other transactions reported at Westlake Corporate Centre:
Eugene Lee, physical therapist, leasing 1655 sq. ft. at 875 Westlake Blvd.
Barbara Freedman, psychologist, leasing 904 sq. ft. at 2659 Townsgate Rd.
Phillip Black, attorney at law, leasing 900 sq. ft. at 2659 Townsgate Rd.
Nagy Protection Services, leasing 679 sq. ft. at 875 Westlake Blvd.
Principe and Barbarino
represented the landlord in all transactions. "The small tenant office market,
including professional services, financial services and related activities has never
dropped off in the Conejo Valley and is among the steadying influences for the
region," Principe said.
Westlake Corporate Centre,
which was totally refurbished recently by The Johnston Group is strategically located with
immediate access to the 101 Freeway, and is near a variety of amenities, including the
Westlake Hyatt Hotel, Westlake Shopping Center, Promenade Shopping Center, Northgate
