VALENCIA, CA
-- L&S Carpet Co., which has multiple stores in the Los Angeles area, has
leased a 9725 sq. ft. space at a 50,000 sq.ft. commercial/industrial complex in Valencia,
CA, bringing the project to 100 percent occupancy, announces Westcord Commercial Real
Estate Services.
L&S recently opened the
store at 21021 Soledad Canyon Rd. where it sells carpeting, flooring and related products.
Steve Stubblefield of Westcord's Van Nuys, CA office represented Aspen Investment,
the property owner. Jim Linn of Grubb & Ellis represented L&S Carpet.
Consideration for the
five-year lease was $600,000. The Valencia business park provides high Soledad Canyon
Blvd. visibility for the four multi-tenant buildings that comprise the project.
Other tenants include Sikand Engineering and McDonalds Training Center. Officials
of the ownership say plans are underway for seven additional multi-tenant structures at
the site.
