History

Since 1969 when Rick Principe formed Westoaks Commercial Group has been synonymous with excellence in real estate services. By concentrating on Ventura and Los Angeles counties, the firm has positioned itself to provide the finest brokerage, management and investment expertise to those clients whose principal interests lie in these areas.

In 1993 Westoaks Commercial Group was instrumental in launching an innovative commercial real estate marketing network known as "Westcord" designed to provide full-service regional coverage to its clients and local commercial real estate firms all the benefits of the larger brokerage houses without the enormous overhead typical of the larger agencies. Under the Westcord name, the company is positioned as never before to take advantage of the changing opportunities inherent in California and the rest of the country.

Rick Principe as General Partner, has developed shopping centers, office buildings, industrial complexes, condominiums, and residential estates.

Westcord presently has two offices, one located in Westlake Village (Westcord/Westoaks Commercial Group) and the second located in Van Nuys (Westcord/Concord Commercial Brokerage). A staff of over 30 proven professionals in a variety of service lines provide skills valuable to tenants, developers, owners and investors in the realization of their commercial real estate objectives.
